Job Summary:
The Field Data & Inventory Coordinator (FDIC) will be responsible for managing and training the process of collecting accurate labor, equipment and material quantities and submitting the information daily using the data collection software. In addition, the FDIC will confirm the receipt of production materials delivered to the branch locations and complete a physical inventory at month-end.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Travel between two branch locations within an assigned region
- Ensure the accuracy of production job data prior to submitting to the billing team
- Proactively follow-up on discrepancies for prompt resolution
- Work with production management and the billing team to meet revenue reporting deadlines
- Compile, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and potential issues
- Perform physical inventory counts at month-end
- Assist branch managers with inventory questions/discrepancies
- Train superintendents and managers on the use of the data collection software
- Act as the liaison between production and IT for equipment and software issues
- Provide assistance with sales and/or rental program
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Familiarity with basic accounting and billing procedures
- Aptitude for numbers
- Capable of cross-training and increasing job knowledge

- Ability to work in a team focused environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree or vocational school training preferred
- Minimum 2 years of billing and/or inventory control experience required
- Construction experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Extensive travel in a vehicle between branch locations
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time
